PHILIP C. VAN ALSTYNE is a partner with Bolick & Boyer. He attended the University of Utah where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics in 1984. He received his Juris Doctorate from Brigham Young University Law School in 1987. During law school, Phil clerked for the Utah Attorney General in the Securities Division and the Professional Licensing Division. Phil also interned for the Honorable Justice Christine Durham of the Utah Supreme Court. Following law school, Phil has practiced in civil litigation for two of the oldest and largest firms in Nevada. He joined Bolick & Boyer in 2003. Phil practices in the areas of construction, business, commercial and real estate litigation; contested wills, probates and trust administration. He is licensed to practice law in all state courts and federal courts in Nevada.
