TRACY M. RAU is an attorney with Bolick & Boyer. She attended the University of Massachusetts, graduating magna cum laude in 1994. She was the recipient of Book Award for Outstanding Scholarship in the Study of Philosophy. She received her Juris Doctorate from Suffolk University Law School in 1999. Tracy practices in the areas of domestic relations law, contested and uncontested divorce, custody, complex property and business valuations, grandparent's visitation rights, paternity, modification of custody and child support, protective orders, out of state moves, child support collection, prenuptial and post-nuptial agreements, as well as minor and adult guardianships, contested probate litigation, estate administration and corporate formation and litigation. She is a member of the Clark County Bar Association, State Bar of Nevada, Boston Bar Association, State Bar of Massachusetts and the National Organization of Women Business Owners, and licensed to practice in all Nevada courts.
