Our firm has a strong elder law team devoted to helping seniors and their families with legal issues they face. Our elder law practice includes Medicaid planning and division of assets to help protect assets when facing a nursing home stay. We have a strong guardianship practice, and our staff includes registered guardians with demonstrated knowledge in this area. We assist in health care planning, estate planning, and probate and trust administration. Kim Boyer is one of three Certified Elder Law Attorneys in the State of Nevada. As a family-oriented law firm, we assist clients navigate through the process of buying or selling real estate, filing bankruptcy, and dealing with business issues.
