Bailee R. Reese is an associate at Bolick & Hansen who focuses on probate and trust litigation, drawing on a strong background in personal injury and medical malpractice litigation to handle contested accounting disputes, breach of fiduciary duty claims, will and trust contests, and enforcement matters. She blends preventative estate planning with effective dispute resolution to protect clients’ assets and intentions.
Bailee completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Utah where she obtained degrees in Writing and Rhetoric Studies and Human Development and Family Studies. She went on to obtain her Juris Doctor from Gonzaga University School of Law, where she served as Co-President of the Women’s Law Caucus and received the CALI Excellence for the Future Award for Legal Research and Writing.
Admitted to practice in both Nevada state and federal courts, Bailee is an active member of the Southern Nevada Association of Women Attorneys (SNAWA) and is committed to client-centered, cost-conscious solutions that resolve disputes efficiently while preserving long-term estate value.
